David Yum - Memorial Service
Tuesday, January 21st at 10:30am
It is with a deep sense of sadness that we must tell you that David Yum passed from earth to heaven on Monday, January 13th.
David was a man of great character and integrity; he was a solid husband to Grace and a loving father to Daniel, Katie and Hannah. David was a valuable part of our Living Faith staff and family. With his ever-obliging attitude, he intentionally went about transforming the function of our building maintenance into his ministry. It was his way of undergirding and supporting the vision of Living Faith. He will be dearly missed.
The Yum family would like to invite you to a memorial service celebrating David’s life on Tuesday, January 21st at 10:30am here at Living Faith.
Please keep Grace, Daniel and Hannah in your prayers. In their time of grief, it’s important that they know the comfort and support of the Greater One.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the Living Faith Church Vision Fund, which reflects David’s heart. Cards to the family may be sent to the church office at 10266 Battleview Parkway, Manassas, VA 20109.

Series: God’s Perspective on Faith
God’s Perspective on Faith. The force of God’s kind of faith comes out of relationship with Him, not from simply reading the scriptures. As we begin this new year, it’s important to consider whether we’ve become too familiar with our own perspective about what it means to “live in faith” versus God’s perspective of faith and trust. His perspective is extremely personal and stems out of relationship with Him.
Join us over the next few weeks as we discuss our first Building Block for 2020 Vision called “God’s Perspective on Faith.”
“Building Blocks for 2020 Vision” is our new curriculum is designed to raise your awareness of the potential that lives in you. We believe that by devoting the next year of your life to spiritual growth, God will expand your perspective, raise your sights, and connect you to the purpose He has in the earth.
SOWW Chats: Join us from 6:00-7:00pm in the coffee shop for SOWW Chats. This is a time facilitated by a ministry leader where you can ask questions, share testimonies, or just simply chat about life in God.
The School of Word & Worship meets every Wednesday in the main sanctuary from 7:00-9:00pm. Wednesday messages are also available on our website, livingbyfaith.com. The Union high school and middle school ministry is meeting as well as our children’s ministry for children age 3 (potty-trained) and up.
We are very happy to announce that Dr. Lynn Hiles will be taking our services on Sunday, January 26th. Dr. Hiles is a good friend of the house and a dynamic speaker that will shift your belief system while revealing the heart of the Father. He will be sharing from Deuteronomy 11, exploring the truth that where each of us is headed does not look like where we came from. An amazing message to kick off the new year!

All you need to do is go to the bookstore and let them know you’d like to set up a meeting to explore partnership at the church.
